The Montana-based Quartet, Shawn Swain (Mandolin), Torrin Daniels (Banjo), Joe Funk (Upright Bass), and Max Davies (Acoustic Guitar) began as college friends jamming in a kitchen, hence their name. They’ve thrilled audiences at sold out shows across the U.S. with their unique twist on folk inspired bluegrass spiked with phantasmic vision and rock energy. They’ve performed at various festivals and at such prestigious venues as Red Rocks Amphitheater, Capitol Theater, and the Troubadour. With 44K plus followers on FB and nearly 40K on Instagram they have garnered over 5 million streams and received widespread praise from the likes of American Songwriter, Relix, and Huffington Post. They’ve released several albums including the critically acclaimed Ghost in the Bottle (2017), and Muir Maid (2019). Live from the Wilma was released in 2021. In 2020 they recorded an EP titled Reheated of Pink Floyd Covers. Their fourth highly awaited studio album, Seven Devils was released this year. and takes inspiration from Dante’s Inferno. The album guides listeners on a musical journey of self, akin to that of Dante while the band continues to redefine musical boundaries.
